The processing of personal data is mainly governed by Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 27 April 2016 on the protection of natural persons with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data, and repealing Directive 95/46/EC (General Data Protection Regulation), known as the GDPR.
Personal data means the identifiers of a natural person that you have provided to us, specifically: name, surname, email address, IP address, telephone number, postal address and registration number.
You provide us with your personal data for the purpose of carrying out the steps leading to the conclusion of a contract for work or for the provision of services to you, our customers. The work or service provided may be consultancy, the performance of work or the supply of goods. We may use the data for the purpose of contacting you, processing contracts, executing contracts and for electronic forms of direct marketing (in particular for sending commercial communications and newsletters) in accordance with Article 6(1)(a) of the GDPR in conjunction with Section 7(2) of Act No. 480/2004 Coll., on certain information society services in the absence of an order for goods or services.
Your personal data is processed for the time necessary to exercise the rights and obligations arising from the contractual relationship between you and us or between you and our contractors. We will process your data for 10 years from the end of our contractual relationship.
If we only process your personal data on the basis of consent, then we keep it for a maximum of 1 month, after which it is deleted. However, you can withdraw your consent to the processing of your personal data at any earlier time, we are then obliged to delete your personal data without delay.
The processing of personal data is carried out by us as the controller. Personal data is further processed for us by our contractual or legal partners involved in the supply of goods and services ("Processors"). Processors may include companies involved in the supply of HSE solutions, regional distribution companies, shipping companies and the Post Office, persons providing the operation of our website and related services.
Our contractors may not pass on your personal data to others unless it is necessary for the provision of the service or performance of the contract.
We do not profile or transfer your personal data outside the European Union, except for your IP address. When using cookies, the IP address may also be disclosed outside the EU (to the USA) when processing with Google Analytics based on your consent.

You also have the right to file a complaint with the Office for Personal Data Protection if you believe that your right to personal data protection has been violated.
Smotech s.r.o., as the controller, declares that it has taken all appropriate technical and organizational measures to safeguard personal data.
We further declare that only persons authorised by us have access to personal data.
